The weekend of October 8th and 9th 2016 is the next Japan Taikai for Motoha Yoshin Ryu Jujutsu. It is likely the overall trip will span a week either side of this weekend, with time for sight seeing and training in local clubs.
The trip offers a fantastic opportunity to visit the home of our style and also to represent your country in both attendance and Dan gradings. Any of our students currently training (June/July 2015) may have the chance to take the appropriate black belt grading during the weekend, even if you haven't been with us for very long.
Any Shodan grades should be aiming for Nidan, Nidan for Sandan, Sandan for Yondan and Yondan for Godan (and applicable den levels).
If you have any interest in attending please speak to your instructor as soon as possible so they can make sure your training between now and then is tailored to the grading requirements.
