The next adult grading is booked for Tuesday 21st October 2014.

Everyone involved should already know they are entered, and we'll be focusing on the grading requirements next week to be sure everyone is happy :)

Something which has come up during sessions a few times are the actual terms and words for parts of the katana, or when training, the bokuto (bokken is a Kendo term, bokuto means wooden sword).

We have a page on our website titled 'Dojo Rules and Etiquette'.

It's strange to have this page as there really are no specific rules, just the overall requirement that people are nice to each other and act appropriately when in the dojo.
